A variety of locations: in our Littleton office at 609 W Littleton Blvd, client’s school, and via teletherapy.

If you are interested in receiving therapy in your child's school, we will need to establish a relationship with the school. 

Yes! We provide virtual therapy sessions for clients who prefer remote services.

The first step is to schedule an initial consultation. You can fill out our contact form https://www.mountaintopspeech.com/contact or email us at admin@mountaintopspeech.com

You will work with your provider to schedule your appointment time and location.

Once you fill out a contact form, we will be in touch to assess your needs and availability and match you with a provider. You will receive a link to our client portal and begin the intake process. Usually an evaluation with your child and recommendations for treatment plan will come out of that first session.

Sessions typically last 30 min, 45 min or 1 hr depending on the client’s needs and treatment plan.

Typically, no. Our appointments are M-F, 8am - 3pm. One occupational therapist and one speech therapist provide a limited number of after school appointments.

All canceled appointments will be rescheduled, if possible. Please be considerate of your therapist's time by cancelling appointments within a reasonable amount of time. If you do not attend a scheduled visit without notifying your therapist, the session will be charged at 50% of the normal session rate. To cancel any appointments, please contact your providing therapist or specialist.

Our service rates are as follows*:

• Speech and Language Therapy

  • Speech Assessment: $150

  • Speech and Language Assessment: $250

  • Speech, Language, and Literacy Assessment: $350

  • Therapy Sessions: $120 per hour ($90 for 45 min, $60 for 30 min)

• Occupational Therapy

  • Assessment: $250

  • Therapy Sessions: $120 per hour 

• Literacy

  • Literacy assessment (comprehensive): Included in speech, language, and literacy assessment ($350)

  • Literacy sessions: $100/hour

• Executive Function Coaching/ABA therapy: $120/hour ($90 for 45 min, $60 for 30 min)

• Academic Support: $100/hour ($75 for 45 min, $50 for 30 min)

• Parent Support: $70-100/hour

• Professional Development

  • ½ day Professional Development: $800

  • Full day Professional Development: $1500

*Mountain Top Therapy Services values providing care regardless of income. We offer rates based on a sliding scale for those with financial need, please inquire during the intake process on how you can qualify. We currently take Medicaid and private pay. We are finalizing contracts with Cigna and United Healthcare and hope to be able to utilize these insurances soon! Please note only speech therapy and occupational therapy qualify for Medicaid.

Yes! We offer a 10% discount for:

• Catholic school students

• Families enrolled in multiple weekly sessions

We currently accept Medicaid and private pay options. We are completing the process to accept other insurances for Cigna and United Healthcare, stay tuned!
